Roman Reigns to face Universal Champion at Summerslam 2017

The Big Dog Roman Reigns have made an announcement at WWE Raw last week that, He will be the No. 1 Contender for Universal Championship at WWE Summerslam 2017. The Biggest part of the summer, The SummerSlam is going to take place on 20 August 2017 in Brooklyn, New York.

He said that some of us may not like this but some of us will love it, and when it comes down to it, he cannot be beaten one-on-one. It’s the truth, ask Bray Wyatt, ask Finn Balor, ask his little brother Seth Rollins, ask Braun Strowman, he put him out of commission, and let us not forget, he main evented his third WrestleMania in a row, and that is where he retired the Undertaker

After the announcement of Roman Reigns, here we have some hilarious tweets in reactions by fans -

However, Reigns have lost the right to become no. 1 contender for Universal Title against Brock Lesnar at WWE Extreme Rules. There was a fatal 5-way match where Samoa Joe became victorious. Now, Samoa Joe will face the Beast at WWE Great Ball of Fire for WWE Universal Championship.

The 3-time WWE Champion Roman Reigns is the man who retired The Undertaker this year at Wrestlemania 2017. Then his feud with the Monster among men Braun Strowman who brutally injured the powerhouse. However, Reigns took revenge by beating Strowman at WWE Fastlane 2017. Braun Strowman still continues beating Reigns and finally, the feud came to the end at WWE Payback 2017 where Strowman beat Roman Reigns.

Now, the only question that comes to mind is - Who will Roman Reigns Face at Summerslam 2017? It will be decided at WWE Great Balls of Fire which will take place on 9 July. The most interesting thing here is, Samoa Joe had beat the Big Dog in both single as well as fatal-5 way match whereas, Brock Lesnar has never beat Roman Reigns in a single match till now.

Can we see Samoa Joe Vs Roman Reigns or Lesnar Vs Reigns or there will be a triple threat match for Universal Championship between Lesnar Vs Reigns Vs Joe at Summerslam 2017. Stay tuned for next update.
